About me
Passionate
Using my 20+ years of experience in accreditation, assessment, program evaluation, diversity/equity/inclusion consultations, and facilitating organizational conflict resolution, I help Minority-Serving and Faith-Based institutions of Higher Education leverage the power of data to self-reflect, tell their stories, and make data-informed decisions that prioritize the dignity of their stakeholders.
As a first-generation immigrant woman of color who was both a student and administrator in Higher Education I researched, experienced, and witnessed the opportunities and hurdles that either helped those of us on the margins succeed or stumble. I bring that intimate knowledge, a keen sense of social justice, and a trauma-informed ethic to my work. I work with joy to bring joy.
